We all need a place where we can openly express ourselves. No matter what you are going through, it is my goal to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and accepted from the moment we meet by creating a trusting, supportive, and safe environment. I see clients in person at both our East Petersburg and Lancaster locations, and offer online therapy. I also provide school based therapy at Lancaster Country Day School.

I have experience working with kids, teens, and adults in a variety of settings. But, I really love working with adolescents ages 10-18 and young adults experiencing the unique challenges of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions, I provide perspective and insight into how my client's thoughts and feelings affect their behaviors and outlooks. I try to bring a relatable, down-to-earth approach to therapy by using my humor and showing up as my true, authentic self.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA. I have been in the field in a variety of settings for over 7 years.

I grew up in York, PA, moved to Washington, DC for a few years after completing graduate school, and recently moved back to the area in order to settle down. Outside of the therapy room, you can find me hanging out with my dog and cat, Finn and Biggs. I love spending time with family and friends, running, cooking, and watching reality tv. I look forward to working with you!
