Siloe Garcia Elizalde, MS LPC NCC

Understanding how difficult and scary it can be to be vulnerable, my main priority with clients is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and validated. This space belongs to you—not to the expectations or pressure to perform or show up all “put together”. Here, you don’t have to be anything other than yourself, whatever that may look like.

My therapeutic approach centers on empowering you to create meaningful, positive change, even in situations that may feel overwhelming or impossible. Together, we will explore the beliefs and narratives that have perpetuated hurt or self-doubt and begin the work of gently rewriting them with compassion and truth—making room for a more confident, self-assured version of you to emerge.

I’m passionate about supporting my clients as they explore who they are at their core—without shame or guilt. Whether you're navigating your relationship with yourself, others, or culture, we’ll focus on creating a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. We will focus on helping you feel more connected and attuned to your body, recognizing it not as a source of shame or anxiety, but as a powerful tool in your healing. Whether you're rebuilding after pain, seeking clarity, or simply trying to feel more at home within yourself, I’m here to walk with you—every step of the way. Therapy with me is about growth, connection, and honoring your unique journey. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA. I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University and my Bachelor of Arts from Millersville University. I started my career in the mental health field as a therapeutic support staff before transitioning to family based therapy and blended case manager, all within Lancaster county. I have experience working with issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, boundaries, parenting, co-parenting, family conflict, grief, and multiculturalism. My firsthand experience as an immigrant has contributed to my passion for working with other immigrants or children of immigrants navigating the complexities of assimilation and acculturation. I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 trainings in Gottman Method For Couples, and work with couples. You can find me at both our East Petersburg location as well as our Lancaster City location, either in person or online.

I was born in Mexico City and immigrated to the US with my family when I was a baby. I grew up on a farm in southern Chester County and remember spending a lot of my time romping around in the fields or trees. Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends or family, exploring new places, tending to my garden, reading a good book, or binging the latest true crime documentary.
