Kelsa Graybill, Masters Candidate Therapist

When our sense of safety is shattered or we find ourselves fragmented rather than whole, we can feel trapped and helpless. We may feel unable to move forward into a world that feels overwhelming or unsafe. The story we are living can feel like one of scarcity and survival rather than one of security and celebration.

Counseling offers you the space to explore your story in the context of a secure, caring relationship. I will welcome and honor your full self, celebrating your strengths and engaging the painful chapters of your story with empathy and hope. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to author the next chapter of your story with courage and confidence.

I work with clients seeking counseling for grief, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, life transitions, career discernment, and relationships in-person at the East Petersburg location. I am completing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Messiah University. I utilize a holistic approach to counseling, which can include family of origin work, integration of somatic approaches, mindfulness exercises, or spiritually-integrated counseling if the client desires.

I recently transitioned to Lancaster County with my family and our friendly labradoodle. I have lived in several states as well as abroad, and I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, reading and writing, and spending time with family and friends.
