Change is one of the most difficult things we are asked to do by ourselves, others, and even our environment. My goal is to help my clients build the skills to confidently identify, implement, and maintain positive change in their lives. I want to instill hope and strength in the place of guilt, shame, or hurt through the use of education, practical intervention, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Providing a safe place to share your struggles and goals without judgment is a priority in my work with clients. I view my clients as the experts on themselves and myself as the guide that will help you change your current normal to the one you desire.
